At EART-GUITAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument. If your new guitar doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Instrument

  Carefully pack the guitar in its original protective packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective films to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport back to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
